Extruder

The extruder is available with such three models as 65/20D, 90/20D, and 150/25D. Cylinder of this extruding machine is made of 38CrMoAlA which comes with the hardness of above 850HV and maximum working pressure of 70Mpa. The extruding equipment applies the electric heating method, and includes four heating sections.

An independent fully enclosed oil cooling system is used for the cooling of the extruder’s cylinder. It is comprised of a pump, a heater, a heat exchanger, a valve, and the water control system. Cylinder temperature is PID adjusted, and the controlling precision is ±3ºC. The extrusion machinery applies the pressure control system. A melt pressure measurement sensor is installed to the filter screen of the cylinder end part. The pressure value will be displayed via the electrical cabinet. Alarm signals will be sent out when the pressure is beyond the set value. Anyway, this extruder is automatic, vacuum stainless equipment that can extrude 250L plastic per hour.
