Nitrogen Supply System

The pressure of nitrogen supply system should range from 2MPa to 2.5MPa. There are two types of nitrogen supply methods. The nitrogen supply can be manually or automatically supplied. The automatic nitrogen supply system is automatically controlled by a control valve.

The upper obturator has a pressure gage for observing the system pressure. Once the pressure exceeds the rated value, alarming signals will be sent out or the nitrogen supply valve will be automatically closed. The precooling section has the nitrogen discharging outlet. General, the discharge capacity is 4m³/h. It can be adjusted according to the actual conditions. The maximum discharging amount is no more than 10m³/h. The discharging amount is automatically controlled, and the discharging amount can be adjusted according to the process requirements.
