Control System with Alarm

The control system uses the upper traction as the basis when operating. The suspension controller is used to assist the adjustment, ensuring the synchronous running of the whole production line. All the electrically driven systems can work synchronically. Also, they can be individually adjusted. The whole production line has reversing function.

This system has the sound-light alarm function. It automatically alarms when the following conditions appears:
1. The over melting pressure of the extruder
2. The water level is too high or too low
3. Over nitrogen pressure, over temperature of crosslinking pipes
4. Empty or full loading of the accumulator
5. The oil or water pump stops working
