PLC Control System

The electronic control system applies the PLC program. All the parts synchronously receive the signals under the function of the analog module. They have good synchronous performance. Each of them is driven by an individual motor, allowing for both individual operation and parallel operation. The PLC control system has the multi-point temperature measurement function designed for the vertical furnace, holding furnace, and fuel gas. Such function ensures the normal operation of the machine unit.

When the current surpasses 900A or when the power voltage exceeds 10% of the rated value or is lower than 15% of the rated value, the PLC control system will automatically alarm to realize the automatic protection.
