PLC Control System

Each part of the PLC control system is driven by a separate motor. Those parts can be used individually or used in combination. The programmable logic controller can inspect and display the current, voltage, and rotating speed of the casting machine, rolling mill, and others.

The PLC control system has the multi-point temperature measurement function developed for the vertical furnace, holding furnace, and fuel gas. Such function ensures the normal operation of the machine unit. In addition to the drainage system of the cooling water supply pump, the oil pump system, emulsification system and alcohol system of the rolling mill are installed in one control cabinet of the inline pump. This design offers a further guarantee for the normal operation of the entire machine unit.
